As requested by the clients, our tax review normally focused on the accuracy of the tax declaration and filings, compliances with the current tax laws and regulations and assessment of potential tax issues including tax savings suggestions, if any. 

Internal audit are normally requested by clients to assess their internal control system and operation efficiency.
